Managing Director
DUBOYE GRAHAM-DOUGLAS
He is the Managing Partner as well as the Business Development Director. He attained his ‘O’ levels in Kings College, Lagos, ‘A’ levels at Loughborough Technical College, Loughborough, UK, RIBA Part 1 from the Architectural Association School of Architecture, UK, BA Hons Degree in Architecture from Thames Polytechnic, Dartford, Kent, UK and a Post Graduate Diploma Hons in Architecture from the Greenwich University, Dartford, Kent, Uk. For his Professional Architectural practice Graduate Studies in Architecture with Westminister University, London, UK to become a registered British Architect with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
He has been involved in design/supervision of projects both in the UK for about 10 years and in Nigeria for the last 20 years. These projects include; residential, luxury apartments and houses, educational, commercial buildings ranging from offices to Mixed Use Buildings and Shopping Centres, different types of Hospitals, and Oil and Gas facilities.
Duboye is very particular about detailing in design, which is key to good build ability, reduction in cost/schedule overruns and ensures ease of programme/specification achievement. He has given lectures such as A Sustainable Green Architecture for infrastructural Development to Rivers State House of Assembly 2007, A presentation on the Development of a Silicon City for the Walter Ollor foundation in The Niger Delta in 2017, Building Resilient infrastructure the role of Architects at the June 2019 Nigerian Society of Engineers induction and awards ceremony. Also at the Pre conference Agencies Presentations for improving Quality Care on Ageing Population and Disease in Nigeria (HEPIQ- C) presenting the CEPU Geriatic Centre South-South Zone intervention in the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital on the 30th October 2019 In Abuja.
Development Manager
AUGUSTINE I. ONWUCHEKWA
He is the Professional Development Manager and holds an MSc Degree in Architecture from the University of Nairobi. He is fully registered both with Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA).
He has over 30 years of practice spanning the Public and Private sectors and has participated in various projects including 500 Units New Finima Town Housing Project, NNPC Housing Estate, Akpajo Port Harcourt, Federal Low Cost Housing Units, Rivers State, Union Bank 5 Exchange Building, Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt etc. In his projects, he designs with cost in mind and makes sure the Client gets the best design solution at an optimal cost.
Company Secretary

GRAHAM-DOUGLAS
She is the Company Secretary and a Coporate member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
She holds an LLB Hons. From University of Calabar in 1991, BL in 1993 and CMC in 2004. She has over 28 years of practice spanning the Public and Private sectors including the office of the Attorney General of Rivers State.
Administrative Manager
NKIRUKA IHEANACHO
She has an HND qualification in Quantity Surveying from Kaduna Polytechnics Kaduna State. She is result oriented and a team player, She handles the cost aspects of our various projects as well as project management.
She has participated in both the pre-contract and post contract stages of various projects including Meat Masters, Woji GRA Port Harcourt, Qedi Oil and Gas, Trans Amadi Port Harcourt, Crestville Development residential project Port Harcourt, Polaris Bank office renovation works & Daily Spring Clinic renovation work Port Harcourt, Unity Bank office renovation, Oleh Delta State, Upgrading of FMC Yenegoa, NDUTH Okolobiri, and Cottage Hospital Ikibiri, Bayelsa State for FHi360 (USAID), among others. She has over 14 years of practice.
Business Development Manager
SODEIN GRAHAM-DOUGLAS
He is our Business Development Manager and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Middlesex University. He is a Business Management Graduate student with 2 years’ experience in a business development role & marketing intern backgrounds include (i.e. Architecture, Big Data Solutions, Job Creation Support etc.).
Eager to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and revenue generating opportunities. He has worked as Business Development Officer at VIISAUS Technology Limited, Campaign Intern at Godwin Obaseki Campaign Organisation (GOCO).
Site Manager
FEMI EDMUND IJUYE-DAGOGO
He is one of our Architects and holds a B. Tech in Architecture from Rivers State University of Science and Technology.
He has participated in some projects we have done since he joined us in 2013 including Proposed NNPC hospital, Fire Station Animation, Rivers State Teaching Hospital Doctor’s Quarters, Daily Spring Clinic Design & renovation work, Proposed Hizbiz Estate, Abuloma-Woji Toll gate building, UPTH Geriatric Centre all in Port Harcourt, MSMSL Meter Factory etc.
Architect Assistant
SODUEARI GRAHAM-DOUGLAS
She is our Architect Assistant. She holds BA (Hons) in Architecture, University of Westminster and B in Architecture with University Foundation Programme (UFP) David Game College. She provided design input on ongoing projects.
This Included designing and drafting section drawings and physical models for Kilburn Nightingale Architects, London. She also shadowed Architects in Balfour Beatty on Ark Byron Primary Academy Project in Acton, London.
Software Engineer
O’DIEPRIYE GRAHAM-DOUGLAS
Odiepriye Graham-Douglas drives the company's digital innovation, with expertise in Java, Python, SQL, AWS, and systems integration, he develops smart solutions that enhance project delivery, and client experience, ensuring the company stays ahead in a technology-driven construction industry.
His key contributions include developing and optimizing case management workflows using PEGA, managing integrations for major clients such as Jaguar and Toyota, and enhancing system performance through API-driven solutions. His strong background in both backend and frontend technologies affords him to fill this role.

HARRY AUGUSTINE
As the Architectural Assistant, Augustine leverages his extensive expertise in project management, structural design, and team leadership to drive project success.
He has a proven record of enhancing operational efficiency by 98% and reducing delivery timelines through effective supervision and strategic coordination. His hands-on experience in building planning, staff management, and client reporting makes him a key asset in ensuring the seamless execution and completion of high-quality projects.
Architect Assistant
MUONAKA TOCHIM
Muonaka Tochim is a dedicated Architectural Assistant at Du-Duboch Nigeria Ltd and a recent graduate with a First Class Honours degree in Architecture. She brings a strong foundational knowledge of architectural design and a commitment to innovative and functional space-making.
Her key achievements include mastering a suite of advanced software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Blender 3D, to contribute to project development. Her passion and expertise extend across architecture, interior, and landscape design, marking her as a versatile and creative professional poised for significant impact in the field.
HSE Officer
FATOGUN OMOBOLA
Holding the position of the HSE officer, Fatogun Omobola is a dedicated HSE Officer with extensive experience enforcing safety protocols on major construction projects for Du-duboch Nig Ltd. Her background in sociology informs her proactive approach to risk management and safety communication.
She excels in conducting safety inductions, managing the Permit-to-Work system, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Her rigorous equipment inspections and PPE enforcement have been vital in maintaining operational safety and preventing on-site incidents.
